Cupcake Dreams offers the following Returns Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from date of purchase.
If your item is damaged or defective Please contact us at and we can either issue a refund or send replacement. Just please make sure to contact us first before returning item. Upon return of the item we will issue a full refund including shipping for damaged or defective items.
  • Merchandise is not returnable for credit or exchange without permission from our office prior to actual return.
  • Undamaged merchandise may be subject to a 5% restocking fee and customer is responsible for the return freight charge.
  • All damages and defects must be notified to us within 10 days of the delivery date.

 

  • CONDITIONS
    Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
  1. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Cupcake Dreams. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
  2. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

Paying for orders over $200.00 using credit card and paypal

Please note that all orders over $200.00 and that are paid with credit card or paypal must be shipped to a confirmed and verified address ... Any orders that are paid with credit card or paypal that are over $200.00 must have a confirmed address

What is a Confirmed Address?
A buyer's shipping address is automatically checked through the credit card company and paypal and checked against the credit card billing address maintained by his or her credit card company. The shipping address must match the credit card billing address to be a confirmed address.

Any orders that are paid with paypal that are over $200.00 and are being sent to an unconfirmed address will be void and the money will be refunded ASAP.

This is for both parties protection I am sorry for any problems this may cause. We are not saying that all orders over 200.00 and being shipped elsewhere are bad but this is just one way we are helping to stop people from using stolen credits cards ..Your safety comes first! Again we are sorry for any inconvenience.

Money orders can be sent for orders over $200.00 and do not have to go to a confirmed address
